My first time coming in for service after also purchasing a car from Arlington Toyota a few months back. I love this location! I went in at 2 for my oil change and my car was promptly taken in for service. Inspection, service, and out the door in leas than 40 min. Ive never experienced this at any other dealer. Awesome experience 🙌🏽
If you like waiting for over an 1.5hrs for a SCHEDULED oil change this is the place to be. They're too busy taking videos to send you while you wait trying to upsell things you don't need. Beware too if you schedule recall work online they won't tell you that it'll be multiple days to fix. Only came here because my vehicle is new and still under warranty but won't be back. They also wanted to charge $140 for an air filter change. Get real 🤣
The staff was friendly and understanding. However, when I book an "appointment", I'm expecting to be taken care of within a reasonable time frame. My appointment was at 9:40am for an oil change, my vehicle didn't even get into the shop until noon! If they don't have a couple of dedicated crews for simple, quick services like oil changes, maybe they should. Bottom line: if you're going in for service on a Saturday, plan on being there several hours or schedule a drop-off.
Had my 10k mile check on my 4-runner. Arlington Toyota is the best. The people are great and the waiting area is very clean. Padded chairs and table with plugs to do some work. There is a large screen that shows the status of everyone’s vehicle so there’s no wondering how long it will be before they are done. First and last time getting service done here. I made my 50k appointment for 2pm and arrived slightly ahead of that. My advisor was not found and another gentleman checked me in. I then went into a neverending queue. I received an initial text with photos of my vehicle and that the status at 2:03 was checked in. Two hours later, it had not progressed.
