General maintenance and inspection. No hassle. Set up time convient for me. Sat in comfort in waiting are. Free coffee, internet and big screen TV. Time flew. Noticed me of sugggested scheduled maintenence needs and why or how it effects my cars running. No pressure though. Washed my car I left feeling good!

I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service from Harrison in the service dept or Misty on the sales team. If I could steal them for my own company, I would do it in a heartbeat. Nothing I request is ever a problem; it’s taken in stride and with an attitude of “of course we can help! Let’s go!” Top notch all the way around. True treasures.

The maintenance due on my car was quickly performed and the car rinsed. Lola is a super assistant plus she saved me a trip there later on. Coming to Scott Clark for service is a 2 hour round trip so that really helps me! Thanks to service dept and Lola!

The services provided are usually good but customer service needs a lot of work. When you first pull up and get out of your vehicle, the staff avoid eye contact like they don’t want to be approached or bothered. The supervisors behind the counter won’t even look up. If you happen to be a female, well good luck. A simple “ good morning/afternoon. Someone will be with you shortly “ would suffice. At least acknowledge the customer.

My experience was very good. Heather Sauer was great. As always she was very friendly and professional. She set up the time I needed to get there. Explained what was needed on my vehicle. I would recommend her to anyone needing help.
