I purchased my first ever Toyota product last year and I had my first schedule service today.! They took me at my scheduled appointment time and I was in and out a lot sooner than I expected. Sadie, my service advisor, was amazing! She kept in touch with me during the appointment and gave me her number to call her if I ever needed anything. She deserves five stars!😁
The Dealership looks Great and they even treat You better than that!!! The employees treat you in a professional manner and TIMELY fashion.....My RAV4 was even cleaner when I left than when I arrived. OH I love the vehicle too. They treat Ya like you want to return. :):)
The services provided are usually good but customer service needs a lot of work. When you first pull up and get out of your vehicle, the staff avoid eye contact like they don’t want to be approached or bothered. The supervisors behind the counter won’t even look up. If you happen to be a female, well good luck. A simple “ good morning/afternoon. Someone will be with you shortly “ would suffice. At least acknowledge the customer.
My experience was very good. Heather Sauer was great. As always she was very friendly and professional. She set up the time I needed to get there. Explained what was needed on my vehicle. I would recommend her to anyone needing help.
