My service at Scott Clark Toyota was excellent today. I brought my vehicle in for its 15,000-mile maintenance, and it was ready in less than an hour. I've tried other dealerships in the Charlotte area, but I'd rather drive 30 miles to a dealership that truly cares about its customers, treats them with respect, and genuinely appreciates their business. The outstanding service and efficiency make the extra drive well worth it.
I came in for my 15,000-mile service and was assisted right away upon arrival. The entire process was quick and efficient—completed in just 45 minutes. While I waited, I enjoyed a great cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich from the deli, which made the experience even more pleasant. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable visit. As always I am impressed with the friendly, professional and courteous staff. I took my Prius in for its routine maintenance ck. All was well with my 2026 Prius and nothing required attention. I took a Recall notice that I received from Toyota about an issue with my car. They checked and found that Toyota now has a fix and Scott Clark’s wonderful staff got the part on order.
