This was my first service at Scott Clark Toyota, and they exceeded my expectations. My representative, Sadie, was on it! I was in and out and under an hour. And she did something extra for me that she noticed. She really impressed me! I’m glad they’ll be servicing my car, it’s good to see employees Working so hard and yet enjoying being there. Nice job.
Duane Johnston is the best tech there is, and Tommy is a great service advisor! All my car needs were met and I feel very informed and taken care of. Also quick turnaround time!
As always I am impressed with the friendly, professional and courteous staff. I took my Prius in for its routine maintenance ck. All was well with my 2026 Prius and nothing required attention. I took a Recall notice that I received from Toyota about an issue with my car. They checked and found that Toyota now has a fix and Scott Clark’s wonderful staff got the part on order. Have been a loyal customer for years but will definitely never have an appointment with Daniel Spess again. My husband overheard him making fun of our name with the front desk people. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional.
