I’ve been a customer with Serra for a long time and have always had them do my service work. Recently, I took my car in an oil change and was even early for my appointment. I ended up waiting for over two hours! My service advisor never gave me its status. I actually went to check on it and just happened to see it parked out front, so I asked another service advisor if it was ready and he said that it was, but he couldn’t tell how long it had been ready. I've taken my car here for many many years for service at toyota of decatur. They are always very professional and try to get you in as quickly as possible. I highly recommend. Noah and Meghan Smiley are the ones I usually see and they definitely go above and beyond.

I needed some impromptu work done on both my vehicles and called up to get it scheduled. I spoke with Steve Gremaux who said I should just bring it up that day and they would get me taken care of. I was in and out of there within an hour. Thanks Steve, we need more like you.

They were really quick to get my car service without a long way and at the time they were super busy. Everyone was so friendly as well. Lobby service was clean and nice

Went to the establishment for a tire replacement. Everything went well until I found a long scratch on rim after the service. Contacted the department regarding my issue. Need to say, the communication was ineffective and they stated the scratch was my fault. So, if you utilize any type of tire replacement services with this establishment. Take pictures before the service is processed! In person, customer service is mediocre.
